Mavera Episode 24 Review
In Mavera Episode 25, Ahmed goes to the graves of everyone who died in the nomadic plain because of Dai’s massacre and prays for them. Haje puts Mahmud’s swords on his grave and remembers his memories with him. Ahmed puts small wooden swords in the graves of Mahmud and Pehlivan. Akboru tries to heal Yalgiz’s back wound and talks to him. Yalgiz begins to speak after the massacre in the nomadic plain. Saltkukh tells how good Almas was and how well she ran his tribe for a long time. Ahmed agrees with what he says and says that Almas helped everyone no matter what.
Saltukh says it has been two months since the massacre, but they still haven’t found any trace of Aytolu. Ahmed says he still has a bleeding wound in his heart and he is worried about Khutluk. Khutluk cries for his lost children and prays to Allah. Asife comes to the plain and talks to Ahmed for a while. Leyla packs her belongings to leave the city and cries for Pehlivan. Haje then goes to the spoon shop. Some merchants go to his shop and try to comfort him.
Ahmed says he doesn’t want to upset anyone because of his own pain. Dubeys asks the new soldiers to be prepared as soon as possible and says they will attack Baghdad shortly. Atif wants to send a message to the caliph to demoralize him. The Caliph’s soldiers say that Dubeys’ soldiers were slowly approaching the city and even some of the soldiers in the palace joined them. Dai continues to question Infidel and tells him that he still has a secret he is keeping. Infidel says he has no secret and laughs at what Dai said.
Haje then goes to the dervish lodge and starts talking to Shahsuvar. Shahsuvar says that Ahmed must stand up now for the people of Baghdad. Ahmed then calls the people to the dervish lodge and tells them that they must prepare to protect Baghdad. Meanwhile, a soldier comes and says that the caliph has summoned Haje to the palace. Infidel tries to talk to Aytolu and asks her not to forget the things in her memory. Caliph says he trusts Ahmed after what happened and wants to fight against Dubeys with him.
Dai tries to change Aytolu’s memory by brainwashing her with tortures. Aytolu does not remember who she is. Atif comes to the palace as Dubeys’ ambassador. Atif says that if the caliph renounces his position, Dubeys will seize the city without bloodshed and plunder. Dai repeatedly tells Aytolu to kill Haje and that he is an enemy of her. Aytolu accepts what Dai says. The Caliph gets angry at what Atif said, but Atif continues to provoke him with his mean words. Atif says that Mustershid is not someone who is capable enough to sit on the throne, so the city needs a new leader. Ahmed says that he will tell Dubeys the answer of the caliph himself. Infidel once again tries to warn Aytolu secretly.

Aytolu says that she is doing her best but cannot control her memory. Dai’s soldiers continue to torture Aytolu. Saltukh tells Ahmed that there are not enough soldiers in Baghdad to resist the Dubeys army. Haje says that the people will resist the invaders and asks for help from the Seljuk Empire. Saltukh asks for help from his commander, but the commander says that the caliph should make this request. Ahmed says he will go to talk to Dubeys. Mansur offers to go to instead of him, but Haje declines his offer and sets out.
