Mavera Episode 23 Review
In Mavera Episode 24, Ahmed thanks everyone for what they did while preparing to return to the city. Almas thanks Haje for the stories he told. Aytolu gifts Ahmed with food. Ahmed sees Akboru doing sword training with Yalgiz and talks to them. Mansur brings something to eat for Shahsuvar, but he continues to sit alone in the room without eating anything. When Ahmed returns to the spoon shop, Pehlivan tells him that Leyla killed Adnan. Pehlivan says he is both sad and angry for Leyla doing such a thing. Ahmed talks to him and tries to calm him down. Saltukh goes to Haje’s shop. Saltukh says that he has only worked for the state all this time, but he has felt differently since he saw Hemedani.
Ahmed says everyone’s path is different. Saltukh says he is a soldier and cannot go on a road like dervishes. Ahmed asks him to break his chains, as Hemedani said. Aytolu realizes that Leyla is sad and gets used to talking to her. Meanwhile, Pehlivan comes to the plain. Pehlivan says that he knows what happened to Adnan and that he has done what is necessary. Pehlivan tries to comfort Leyla and tells her that he accepts his feelings now. Saltukh’s commander comes to town like a beggar and says they will take revenge on Dubeys. Saltukh says that Dubeys took orders from Alamut and what Atif did in Baghdad. Commander tells Saltukh that Karapars is alive. Dai goes to Dubeys’ headquarters to examine the instrument made by Infidel. Infidel summons Atif and tells him how to use the weapon, but he cannot use that weapon. Saltukh is surprised to learn that his father is still alive. The commander says that he does not yet know whether this information is correct or not. Saltukh believes his father is alive and tells him that he is a war hero.
Dubeys wants to kill Infidel, but Dai stops him and says he will talk to him. Dai says he must take care of everything now. Meanwhile, Dai’s soldiers sneak up on the nomadic plain and take action to attack. Ahmed then goes to the dervish lodge and sees Mansur is upset. Mansur says that Pehlivan and Mahmud argued and that Shahsuvar is still not eating. Haje immediately goes to talk to Shahsuvar. Shahsuvar says quietly that he wants to await death, but Ahmed opposes him. Ahmed takes Shahsuvar to Necip’s grave and asks him to pull himself together. Shahsuvar remembers what Necip said before he dies and says that from now on, he will be the man Haje wants. Ahmed hugs Shahsuvar and helps him to get up.
Dai’s soldiers kill the guards around the nomadic plain. Mahmud hurries to the plain and tells everyone that the bandits are attacking. Yalgiz tries to save Akboru. Aytolu gets out of her tent and tries to fight but attackers kill her brother right in front of her eyes. Dai’s soldiers almost kill everyone on the plain. Dai says that Haje will be very upset and that they will comfortably seize Baghdad. While Ahmed is chatting with the dervishes about helping everyone in Baghdad, Akboru comes and says that there was an attack on the plain. Dai then calls the Infidel and tells him that he is not crazy. Atif and Dubeys talk about how to attack Baghdad. Haje and many go to the nomadic plain quickly. Mansur sees that Mahmud and Pehlivan are dead. Ahmed prays to Allah to survive this evil incident. Khutluk cries because of Urungu’s death and asks where Aytolu is. Dai’s soldiers tell him that they killed everyone on the plain.
